The Scriptcast is a product of the pandemic. The idea flourished in the abundance of free time I had after losing my job. Many artists worked together virtually, across long distances, to create the stories featured on this podcast.

Screenplays are not written to be read aloud; they’re documents to be interpreted by a director, actors, and the myriad artists that make movies and television possible. It’s my hope that as you listen, you’ll be swept away by the story, but also that you’ll hear the screenwriter’s voice, and see their vision of the script.

May this little podcast experiment provide you a brief escape during these uncertain times, and maybe even a little inspiration.
